Show obituaries J T. Wilson Lee i ' ' ' 1 k, "'. ' Thomas Wilson Lee, 84, of Orem, died Friday, June 10, 1988 at his home following a 1 six-month illness. He was born June 27, ' 1903 in American Fork, to John Edward and Sarah Eliza Howes Lee. He married Janet Peterson June 29, 1927 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died Sept. 29, 1966. He married Ruby Moser Nielsen Aug. 15, 1968 in the Manti LDS Temple. He was owner and manager of a retail store in Eureka for 38 years. He had served two terms as mayor of Eureka. He was president of the Kiwanis Club. home at Fish Lake. Survivors include his wife of Orem; three sons and one daughter: Glen W. Lee, Ephraim; Rex L. Lee, Lehi; Max E. Lee, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Virginia L. Regis, Bountiful; two stepsons and two stepdaughters: Lynn M. Nielsen, Donald V. Nielsen, Mrs. Karl (Carol) Zimmerman, Zim-merman, all of Lehi; Mrs. Earl (Arlene N.) Lewis, Salem, Ore.; 40 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; one brother, Edward C. Lee, Kearns. Services were held Tuesday, June 14, at the Orem 11th Ward. Burial was in the Lehi City Cemetery. He served in a bishopric, as scoutmaster, scout-master, high councilor, and in all auxiliaries of the LDS Church. He was a Provo Temple ordinance worker for 12 years. He loved the outdoors and had a summer James C. Ryan James Charles Ryan, 55, died Thursday, June 9, 1988 in Phoenix, Ariz., following a heart attack. He was born Sept. 11, 1932 in West Plains, Mo., the son of Walter and Dorotha Wright Ryan. He married Barbara Turpin June 2, 1968 in Las Vegas, Nev. He was a veteran of the Korean War and was assistant regional manager of C&H Transportation Com pany, working for 23 years. He was a member of the BPOE No. 849 and a member of the Salt Lake Transportation Club and several of the state transportation clubs. He was educated in California. Survivors include his wife of Highland; two sons and two daughters: Tim Peay, Provo; Dwain Peay, Riverton, Wyo.; Mrs. Ken (Roxanna) Bennett and Kristy Farnsworth, both of Highland; several grandchildren; his mother of Redondo Beach, Calif. ; three brothers: Joe Ryan, North Little Rock, Ark. ; Richard Ryan, Grand Junction, Colo; Jack Ryan, Gardina, Calif. Graveside services were held Monday, June 13, at East Lawn Memorial Hills Cemetery, Provo. |
