Wednesday of each 3'easfflonth beginning at 6 m p.m. in the conference room of the District Offices located at 6400 , North 5050 West, Utah i County, Utah. The District Board consists of the mayor and one councilman from the cities of Lehi, American Fork, Alpine and Pleasant Grove and the purpose of the District is to provide wastewater treatment to these cities and also Highland and Cedar Hills.
