Fred H. Forbes to celebrate 80th birthday at open house The family of Fred H. Forbes is hav ing an open open house for their father and husband, in honor of his 80th birthday, Saturday, Jan. 31 from 2 to 6 p.m. at his home, 558 Main, Alpine. r Mr. Forbes was born Jan. 29, 1907 in Alpine and has lived there all his life. He and his wife, Inez, have lived at the same location for 48 years. Their daughter, Mrs. John D. (Mary Ellen) Chadwick lives in Ogden. "They have four grandchildren: grand-children: John A., serving in the Washington D.C. Mission; Blaine Forbes, at Weber College; DeEllen, a senior at Ogden High, and Gordon B. in junior high.
