He was born Oct. 1, 1927 in Provo to Oliver C. and Maude Ferre Clark. He married Nina Jo Mecham. They later divorced. He married Lorraine Draper Jan. 19, 1968 in Las Vegas, Nev. He was employed at the Utah State Training School for 10 vears. He was a former employee of Paul's Floor Coverings. He was a member of the LDS Church, living in the American Fork 8th Ward. He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Sandy Clark, Murray; three stepchildren: Mike Hooley, Lehi; Mrs. George (Sandy) Hansen, Colorado; Mrs. Tim (Lynette) Harrington, Calif.; one grandchild; 12 step grandchildren; six sisters: Mrs. Anton (Vivian) Vodopich, Dea Carter, Zora Farley, all of Provo; Mrs. Ronald (Hattie) Wilso nand Vera Rieske, both Spanish Fork; Mrs. Henry (Zela) Kimber, Ogden. Services were held Monday, Nov. 17, in the American Fork 8th Ward. Burial was in the American Fork City Cemetery. Mary Barratt ' Phillips, age 68, died Nov. 5, 1986 in a Salt : Lake Hospital after a ; long illness. ; She was born June 15, ; 1918 in Sugar City, ; Idaho to James and Susan Hutchison Barratt. She married John Beck Phillips : Sept. 6, 1940 in the Salt : Lake LDS Temple. i She was raised and ; attended schools in ''. American Fork. After I her marriage to John, ; they lived in Lehi for r t"" vears and then moved to Salt Lake City. She was an active member of the LDS Church, served as president of the YWMIA, Relief Society, Primary and in the Stake Primary and Relief Society presidency. She was a visiting teacher for 48 years. She was a member of DUP. She worked as a manager at the Relief Society Distribution Center for 17 years. She is survived by her husband, Bennion; sons, Lee John, Pakistan; Dr. Reed Phillips, Bennion; Dale George, Salt Lake City; Grant James, Cen-tervill- 18 grand-children; brothers: Reed Barratt, American Fork; Paul Barratt, Washington, D.C.; sisters: Sarah Price, Alta Anderson, both of Lehi. Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 10, at the Bennion 4th Ward. Burial was in the Lehi City Cemetery. Skyler S. Williams Skyler Steven Williams, the two-day-o-infant son of Michael L. and Marie Lynn Ferguson Williams, died of prematurity Thursday, Nov. 13, 1986 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. He was born Nov. 11, 1986 in Provo. He is survived by his parents; one brother, Timothy Michael Williams ; ' grand-parents: Boots Malmstrom, Sandy; Barbara Beveridge, American Fork; Dennis Malmstrom, Cedar Fort; great gran-dfather, William Ferguson , Roosevelt ; great grandmother, Ila Burr, Provo. Graveside services were held Monday, Nov. 17, in the Lehi City Cemetery. Ralph B. Julian Bracken Thank You Ralph Brown Julian, ; 69, of American Fork, died Wednesday, Nov. , 12, 1986 in American Fork. He was born April 16, 1917 in American Fork, the son of James and Ellen Cry stal Julian. He married Lillian Colledge Nov. 21, 1938 in : Salt Lake City. He was a member of the American Fork 17th Ward. He retired after 25 years employment at U.S. Steel Geneva Plant. Survivors include his wife of American Fork; one son, two daughters: Max Julian, Casper, Wyo.; Mrs. Neldon (Kay) Madsen and Mrs. Dean (Renee) Cherrington, both of American Fork; seven grandchildren; one brother, one sister: Gayle Julian and Mrs. Grace Hudson, both of American Fork. He was preceded in death by three sisters. Services were held Saturday, Nov. 15, in the Anderson and Sons Mortuary Chapel. Burial was in the Lehi City Cemetery. The family of Hal and grandfather. The marriage was : later solemnized in the I Salt Lake LDS Temple. ; He died July 28, 1921. She married Samuel Huggard Aug. 4, 1923 in Provo. He died Jan. 31, 1947. She was active in the Primary and Young Women's programs. She served as a Relief Society president. She lived in Fairfield and 25 years later moved to American Fork. Survivors include three sons: William Clyde Carson and Samuel C. Huggard, both American Fork; George Alma Carson, Pleasant Grove; 13 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; eight great great grand-children. She was preceded in death by a son, Leslie L. Carson. Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 17, in the Anderson and Sons Mortuary Chapel. Burial was in the Fairfield City Cemetery.
