The sixth grade classes, under the direction of teachers, Don Bell, Bruce Wathen and Pam Allen, set us displays in the auditorium, lunch room and hallway. Students from the fourth and fifth grades rotated from one country to another while students gave oral presentations. Teachers discovered many students who face difficulty in bookwork excel in presentation. The students played the role of a teacher as they, explained the culture, geography and customs to their visitors. Several displays featured food items and students sampled bananas dipped in crushed peanuts from Nigeria and custard pudding from England.
