Show obituaries Ellen Shipley I HM I INI ll WIN! '" ,. 'I I ' ' 1 L'llen S. Richins Shipley, 76, of I'leasant Grove, died Monday, Feb. 17, I'JUfi in a Salt Lake City Hospital. She was born Aug 22, l'J)9 in Pleasant Grove, a daughter of Charles Emil and Kmma Stoltz Sundrjuist. She married Alfred Richins Sept. 1, 1j:!7 in Salt Iike City. He died March 19, 1975. She married Randall Shipley Oct. 5, 1978 in Elko, Nev. He died Nov. 19, 19K2. She was a member of the LDS Church living in the Pleasant Grove 12th Ward. She served a mission to C;m;irla as a young i. She had served as a i rimary worker. She spent her childhood days in and Karl R. Richins, all of Pleasant Grove; Mrs. Vernal (Cora) Messersmith and Mrs. Ralph (Glenda) Murdoch, Mur-doch, both of American Fork; Calvin S. Richins, Hooper; 26 grandchildren; 49 great grandchildren; a brother and two sisters: Neils Sundquist, Lake Elsinore, Calif.; Emma Snelling Couer D Alene, Idaho; and Ruth Gillette, Salt Lake City. Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Pleasant Grove 12th Ward Chapel, 500 S. 300 East, under the direction of Olpin Family Mortuary. Friends may call Thursday at the church one hour prior to services. ser-vices. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery. Pleasant Grove and attended schools there and later graduated from BYU and Henager Business College. She worked at the Pleasant Grove post office. Survivors include four daughters and three sons: John A. Richins, Mrs. Clifton (Mary) Wadley, Mrs. Allen (Louise) Austin Lorene Miller Funeral services were held Monday, Feb. 17, for Lorene Helen Carter Miller, 64, Cedar Fort, who died Thursday, Feb. 13, 1986, at an American Fork care center. She was born July 6, 1921, in Okmulgee, Olka., to Willie and Effie Kaysie Carter. She married William Jack Miller on April 6, 1946, in Las Vegas, Nev. She is survived by her husband of Cedar Fort; two sons and one daughter: Loren Jack Miller, Murray; Maj. Bradley W. Miller, Concord, Calif.; Mary Joy Miller, Cedar Fort; Calvin Cook, with Ileen Cook playing the prelude and postlude music. The family prayer was offered by Clifford Miller. Howard Ault offered the invocation. Speakers included Bishop Cook and Bob Hunt. Paul Peterson sang a vocal solo. The benediction was by Jack Miller, Jr. . Pallbearers were Harold Calton, Ray Ault, Von Miller, Tom Mehhem, Glen Ashley, Jr., and Darrel Adams. Art Cook dedicated the grave site at the Cedar Fort Cemetery. seven grandchildren; one brother and one sister: Willie Carter and Mrs. Dorothy Sunderland, Sun-derland, both of Okmulgee, Ok-mulgee, Okla.
