Show Brady - director of special education Mr. Con Brady, Director of Special Education for the Alpine School District, has announced his retirement effective this spring. Brady has worked in education for a period of 28 years, starting at the Orem High School in 1957 as a teacher and counselor. In 1963 he took a position with Ayer High School in California where he remained for one year. He returned to Orem High School in 1964 as the Assistant Principal. In 1967 he was appointed Principal at American Fork Junior High School. He was named as Principal for the American Fork High School in 1969 where he served until 1977. At that time, he assumed the leadership role at the Dan Peterson School for the multiply handicapped. han-dicapped. He assumed his present position in 1983. Brady received both the B.S. and M.S. degrees from BYU. He accomplished ac-complished further graduate . studies at the University of Utah and Utah State University. ...He has served as President of the Alpine Education Association and as Program Committee Chairman for the Utah Association of Secondary Principals.
