Back, Brent Taylor, Bill Smith, Jeff Matthews, Carl Johnson and Ron Forritt. Thad Adams named as 15th Ward Bishop Pleasant Grove. He is married to the former Beth Bratt and they have four sons, Burton, Benjamin, Kaleb and Michael. Keith is self-employed in Pleasant Grove as a full-time farmer He enjoys motorcycling, snowmobiling and activities with his family. Carl and his wife, Gaile, are the parents of three children, Trevor, Timothy and Ashley. Carl is employed em-ployed at Hercules, Inc. as an engineering support technician. He enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor sports. Jeff is a sales representative for Ellis Equipment Co. He enjoys his family and hunting, fishing and boating. He and his wife, Linda, are the parents of four daughters, Holly, Shanna, Shelly and Ashlee. Brent is employed at the Utah State Training School. He and his wife, Carla, have three daughters, Jennifer, Jeannine and Jessica. His pasltimes are backpacking and family activities. Ron is currently a full-time student at BYU majoring in Political Science. He and his wife, Suzanne, are the parents of two daughters, Alisa and Lori. Bill and his wife, Sandy, are the parents of five children, four living at home, Michelle, Mike, Tracy and Bryan. He works at Strate Western in sales and public relations. He enjoys horses, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Carl, Jeff and Brent, served in these positions in the previous bishopric, also. Thad C. Adams has been named as bishop of the Pleasant Grove Fifteenth Fif-teenth Ward. His counselors are Walter H. Lowry, first counselor, and Keith B. James, second counselor. Carl Johnson is executive secretary; Jeffrey B. Matthews, ward clerk; Brent F. Taylor, financial clerk; Bill Smith, assistant ward clerk; and Ronald H. Porritt, membership clerk. Released as bishop was Gary Swenson and his counselors, Albert Leinweber, first counselor, and Thad C. Adams, second counselor. Bishop Adams is a life-long resident of Pleasant Grove. He is the son of Mary C. Adams and the late Douglas F. Adams. He graduated from Pleasant Grove High School and LDS Seminary. He also graduated from UTC in Provo. He served for nine years in the U. S. Navy and Utah National Guard and is a veteran of the VietNam War. Thad works for Utah Power and Light as a journeyman lineman and as an instructor in the apprentice lineman program. He enjoys reading, sports, hunting and camping cam-ping and has been active in youth activities as a coach. He is married to the former Rosemary Forsyth and they are the parents of five sons, Christian, Joe, Joshua, Zachary, and Seth. Walter was born and raised in Manti. He is married to the former Julie Stringham and they have four children, Jena, Andy, Russell and, Krista. ' He is employed by Howard Rotovator and serves Utah and Arizona.
