Show Board of Equalization to meet NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that five members of the City Council of Lindon City, Utah, have been duly appointed to act as the I Board of Equalization and Review on the tax 1 proposed to be levied on the property within the j Lindon City, Utah Horseshoe Creek Plat A j Special Service District J (the "District"), and NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the lists of the property in the District subject to the proposed assessment and the various amounts of assessment against said property have been completed and are available for ) examination at the i Office of the City j Recorder. That said members of I said City Council sitting j as a Board of 1 Equalization and Review on 4he assessment proposed to be levied ' tin the property within the District for Lindon City will meet in the City Council Chambers at 383 West Lakeview Road, Lindon, Utah, on November 1, 2 and 3, 1984, and will remain in session on each of said dates between the hours of 5 and 6 p.m. to hear and consider any objections ob-jections to and make any corrections of any proposed assessments which said Board may deem unequal or unjust. That on the dates specified said lists and plats and amount of the proposed assessment against each parcel of property shall be open to public inspection from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on each , nf said days continuously at the Office., of the City . Recorder of - Lindon City, Utah. The boundaries of the District include the following property: Lots 1-5 and 14-25 of Horseshoe Creek Plat A, as recorded in the Utah County Recorder's Office and the property lying along the West side of 600 West Street, Lindon, Utah in the Southwest quarter of Section 33, Township 5 South, Range 2 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian.
