Show Notice of trustee's sale The following described properly will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the West Front door of the County Courthouse in the City of Provo, County of Utah, State of Utah, on the 1st day of November, 1984, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on said day, for the purpose pur-pose of foreclosing a trust deed executed by KATHRYN R. PHELON, as Trustor, in favor of DESERET BANK, Pleasant Grove Office, covering real property located in Utah County, and more particularly described as: Commencing 14.87 chains South and 302.00 feet West from the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of Section 28, Township 5 South, Range 2 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; said point being on the South side of an existing street; running thence West along said street 147.85 feet; thence South 1 deg. 36' West 281.27 feet to a point of 19.13 chains South of the North line of said quarter section; thence East 155.70 feet to a point South of the point of beginning; thence North 281.16 feet to the point of beginning. begin-ning. This obligation is pursuant to a Trust Deed signed by Kathryn R. Phelon on the 1st day of March, 1982.
