Strawberry Water Users plan meet The Strawberry Water Users Association and the United States Bureau of Reclamation plan to meet and discuss a repayment contract for the rehabilitation of the Spanish Fork Diversion 1 Structure and Strawberry Power Canal. The Spanish Fork Diversion Structure and Strawberry Power Canal were constructed as features of the Strawberry Valley Project in 1926. Over the years these project features have been exposed to extensive erosion and deterioration. The features are now in such condition that both the Strawberry Water Users Association and the Bureau of Reclamation feel rehabilitation of these facilities must be done to ensure continued operation of the project. The public is invited to attend as observers.
