Show Share holidays with foreign student Holidays can be a lonely time for foreign students who are thousands of miles away from home, but Utah valley residents can make the festivities more enjoyable by volunteering for a holiday cultural exchange. The exchange program sponsored by the International Office at BYU matches foreign students with families interested in sharing the Thanksgiving or Christmas holiday. "The response from host families has been very positive," said Dianna Black, administrative assistant for the International Office. "We've found that most families have really enjoyed having the students in their homes." For more information about the holiday cultural exchange, contact the BYU International Office, 378-3695. |
