The 16.33 acre site q will be used as the location of a new cultural arts center, according to 0 Betty N. Brady, chairman of the Utah Pageant of the Arts board of trustees. 0 Alpine Board of Education presi dent Dan B. Fugal represented the 0 district in the transfer, accepting the Pageant down payment.
