Show Notice of Emergency Change in Fishing Regs. Creek Reservoir to the confluence con-fluence of Weber River-Morgan River-Morgan County. Echo Reservoir - Summit County. These regulations are modified to permit the harvest har-vest of fish from waters scheduled for chemical rehabilitation or which are expected to be reduced to levels at which fish life cannot can-not be supported. This emergency action changes only those sections of the 1977 Utah Aquatic Wildlife Proclamation indicated in-dicated above. All other provision of the proclamation remain in full force and effect. Donald A. Smith, Director of the Utah State Division of Wildlife Resources, announced announ-ced today that specific regulations governing the taking of fish in certain Utah waters are being changed under un-der the authority granted by the Wildlife resources Code of Utah. Limitations on the number of fish taken(daily bag limit) and the number of poles used to take those fish are being removed on specific waters and will be in effect until further fur-ther notice. The New Regualtions will become effective ef-fective 12:01 a.m. July 30, 1977 only in the following areas: Scofield Reservoir - Carbon County. All tributaries to Scofield Reservoir except Gooseberry Reservoir and Gooseberry Creek above the reservoir -Carbon County. Price River below Scofield Reservoir - Carbon County. Otter Creek Reservoir -Piute County. Koosharem Reservoir -Sevier County. That reach of Otter Creek located between Koosharem Reservoir and Otter Creek Reservoir - Sevier and Piute Counties. Lost Creek Reservoir -Morgan County. Lost Creek below Lost |
