A PUBLIC HEARINGS The Planning Commission at its meeting on April 6 conducted a public hearing to con consider ider approving a Medical Center at South Main Also at its meeting on May 4 1970 the Commission conducted a public hearing hearing hearing hear hear- ing to consider amending the zoning ordinance to allow for planned residential al development The purpose of this amendment is to allow flexibility in locating various buildings structures open spaces and uses together with allowable heights of buildings and structures in planned units B.
