JJ"""'' " ' I' ' r S, i --' -"in, t: The weekend has arrived when locals and visitors can treat themselves, to a special Christmas peek at four of Park City's elegant homes. Park City Performances' ( PCP ) second annual ' 'Christmas in the Mountains" home tour will begin Friday night with a special preview tour and cocktail reception and will continue Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. Proceeds from the tour will benefit PCP and the Egyptian Theatre. Cost for the Friday night preview party is $25. Guests will tour the first three homes from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. and attend a cocktail party at the fourth, the home of Myron and Lou Niesley, from 7:30 to 10 p.m. Ticket holders will be treated to cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and desserts des-serts from Adolph's catering and the home tour committee. For reservations reserva-tions for the preview party call the Egyptian Theatre at 649-9371 or Sharon MacQuoid at 649-2342. On Saturday and Sunday guests will tour two homes in Ridgeview and two in Deer Valley, then enjoy a special Christmas tea at Janeaux's restaurant on upper Main Street, compliments of Terry Jannott. Tea and goodies will be served from 2 :30 to 5:30 p.m. both days. The $7 per person donation will cover both the tour and the tea. Included in the tour will be the home of Myron and Lou Niesley, an elegant modern home of contemporary contemp-orary and traditional design, Christmas Christ-mas decor by Cynthia Scherer-Wick-erink and Mary Wilson of Design Innovations of Park City; the redwood-and-glass home of Rick and Inga Michaels, Christmas design by Marilyn Nelson and Chris Spademan of Imagio, Park City; the Deer Valley Pictured in the Ridgeview home of Rick and Inga Michaels are (1 to r) designers Marilyn Nelson and Chris Spackman of Imagio and Susan McKinnon, member of the Board of Park City Performances (PCP) and the "Christmas in the Mountains" home tour committee. The interior design firm was involved in the original design of the home and returns to "deck the halls for PCP's Christmas home tour which begins Friday with a preview party. home of Ken and Jan Urr, interiors and Christmas decor by Don Brady, Jan Wood and Tricia Olsen of Don Brady Associates, Park City and Salt Lake; and the elegantly rustic log home of Lenny and Gloria Berger featuring Christmas design and interiors by Lisa Walker and Joan' Ceccarelli of Park Avenue Design, Park City. Co-chairmen for the event are ' Sharon MacQuoid and Lenore Brady. Other committee members include Susan McKinnon, Deb Symonds, Mary Beth Kalkbrenner, Connie Pratt, Rosemary Cyphers, Holly Conners, Judy Troup and the Board of Park City Performances. Tickets may be purchased the day of the tour at any of the four homes. They also are available at the Egyptian Theatre, the Chamber Bureau, Great Garb, the Park City Museum and Old Towne Shoppes. |
