Fifth Circuit Court Ernest G. Urban of Kamas was found guilty of DUI by a jury on Nov. 19. Urban, whose Park City arrest was related to an accident, will be sentenced on Dec. 14. Richard Reilly of Park City pleaded guilty to DUI in Fifth Circuit Court on Nov. 19. Reilly also will be sentenced on Dec. 14. Curt L. Pace of Kamas pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license in Judge Keller's court Nov. 19. Pace will be sentenced on Dec. 14. John Hayden, 7945 Chad-bourn Chad-bourn Dr., Salt Lake City, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). (co-caine). Hayden had originally original-ly been charged with DUI. He was fined $25 and was sentenced to 25 days in jail. The jail sentence is to be suspended upon payment of the fine. Jerry B. Johnson of Park City was found guilty of DUI by a jury in Coalville and was fined $299 and sentenced to six months in jail, which is to be suspended upon payment pay-ment of the fine. Johnson has been placed on six months probation and his driver's license has been suspended for 90 days. Additionally, he was fined $150 which will go to the state alcohol rehabilitation rehab-ilitation fund and $100 for the state victim restitution fund. He was then booked into the county jail. Michelle Anderson of the Kimball Art Center reported to police on Nov. 18 that a stained glass window, which was on display at the center, was missing. The window is described as three feet long and two and a half feet wide with a wooden frame. It is further described as depicting depict-ing red and blue flowers and the shape of a black cat. The window, an original, is valued at $350. On Nov. 17, Robert Vance reported that a tool box and tools valued at $450 were stolen from his automobile which was parked in Swede Alley for two days. Dan Tenney of Stein Erik-sen Erik-sen Lodge reported that one of the Lodge's signs had been stolen on Nov. 17. The sign, valued at $1,000 is carved and engraved. The logo on the sign is made of gold inlay. On Nov. 16, Randy Wray of Salt Lake City reported to Park City police that someone some-one had broken into his uncle's condominium at the Racquet Club.
