Ray Ingandela, broker branch manager of Mansell & Associates soon will be leaving Park City and his "family" to take a position with Coldwell Banker Real Estate in New Orleans. . Recently, while attending a real estate management course in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Ingandela met representatives from Cold-well Cold-well Banker. "I guess they liked me," he says. But, he adds, "I sure will hate to leave Park City." Coldwell Banker would like Ingandela on the job by August 1, but that is tentative; tenta-tive; Ingandela first wants to find a replacement to fill his Mansell & Associates posi-1 posi-1 tion. He said he doesn't think that will be difficult. "I know there are plenty of people in Park City who would love a management opportunity in real estate. This kind of opportunity doesn't come up often." Allstate Insurance, Dean Witter Stock Brokerage, Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Es-tate, and possibly Allstate Savings & Loan into a "network." Branches, or centers, will be located in select Sears stores. Says Ingandela, "The centers cen-ters will serve insurance, real estate, stock brokerage, and banking needs. They will be done in a classy manner, contrary to the current Sears image." Coldwell Banker plans for Ingandela to initially manage man-age three of their "center" offices in the New Orleans area. Two more offices will be added within six months. He will travel to the offices on a rotating basis, overseeing oversee-ing the four salaried employ- Ingandela says he is not worried about the future of Mansell & Associates after his departure, since he believes it is one of the driving forces in real estate in this area. "They will continue to move in a forward direction." During his six years in Park City, Ingandela has been involved in the Art Festival and the Ride & Tie. He has been director of the Park City Board of Realtors, and chairman of the board's Professional Standards Committee. He also has been a member of the million dollar club, and was formerly former-ly sales manager with Cap-son, Cap-son, Morris & McComb and a principle with the Real Estate Coalition. |
