Victorian closing; wine seminar cancelled The Park City wine seminar, originally scheduled for next weekend at the Victorian Restaurant, has been canceled. According Ac-cording to spokesperson Mary La Point, the response to the seminar was poor. Additionally, the Victorian Restaurant will close Friday, with the Wasatch Front management group leaving by mutual agreement with Shadow Ridge. Frank Hozian, general manager of Shadow Ridge, said he will arrange for a local operator to handle han-dle the remaining banquets slated at the hotel for the rest of the summer.
