Show Youth Nabbed in Car Theft A 16-year-old Park City girl was arrested by local law enforcement officials April 28 after her parents reported the theft of their vehicle. The youngster was referred to youth services on a joyriding charges. Bedroom Belongings Disappear More than $700 worth of bedding and bedroom furniture were stolen from a Park City condominium. Bruce Berger of Thousand Oaks, Calif., reported to police May 1 the items were missing from his Snow Country condo. Berger had been out of town and before he left Park City Reservations not to rent his condo. But neighbors told police that four women were using the condo. Police have suspects in the case from evidence obtained at the scene. Missing Vehicle Under Investigation The Park City Police Department is investigating the theft of a vehicle reported stolen May 2. Vickie Bond reported to police her 1967 Volkswagen was stolen from the 100 block of Woodside Ave. Accident Draws Charges - A drunk driving charge was filed in connection with a two-vehicle accident on Main Street. Scott M. Froom was driving northbound on Main Street when his vehicle struck a parked car. The parked car was pushed onto the sidewalk and struck a balcony support pillar at 438 Main as a result of the collision. Froom was treated for injuries at the Park City Clinic following the accident. |
