Show was recorded in the judgment book of the above Court, I am commanded to sell all that certain tract of real property in -Summit County, State of Utah, described as follows: All of Lot 2, Holiday Ranchettes Subdivision, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder of Summit County, State of Utah. Together with all improvements improve-ments thereon. Subject to the unresolved claims of ownership and title by Loth aire R. Rich as Administrator of the' Estate of Rae Ann Prescott, deceased. Notice is hereby given that on that 2nd day of May, 1978, at 10:00 A.M. at the front door of the County Courthouse in Coalville, Coal-ville, Summit County, Utah, I will, in obedience to the aforementioned afore-mentioned decree of foreclosure and order of sale, sell the above-described property, or so much thereof as may be necessary necess-ary to satisfy judgment of the plaintiff with interest and costs, to the highest bidder for cash in lawful money of the United States.
