Show Genera! Fishing Season Opens Fish in several Utah reservoirs reserv-oirs will meet anglers for the first time when the general fishing season opens June 3 in the Beehive State. New waters opening for the first time are Millsite Reservoir Res-ervoir in F err on Canyon of Emery County and Upper Woodruff Wood-ruff Reservoir on Woodruff Creek in Rich County. Both have been well stocked with rainbow trout. Waters reopening this year after treatment for rough fish are: Crescent Lake on the Boulder Boul-der Mountains in Garfield County; Coun-ty; Nine Mile Reservoir, Sanpete San-pete County; Rex Reservoir, Sevier County; and Pine View Reservoir, Weber County. All now carry good populations of trout. The new Gunlock Reservoir in Washington County has been open since January. Some 50,000 largemouth bass, stocked stock-ed last year, are now running near ten inches in length. Black crappie brood stock was released re-leased in Gunlock this spring |
