| Show NOTICE TO contractors w notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by tha board of education of ogden city la the state of utah at the office of the clerk of the eald board rooms in the eccles building at the south corner of street and washington avenue in said ogden city until the hour of twelve noon of the first day of july 1904 at which ume and place the said proposals will be opened for the furnishing of all labor and materials necessary to construct and aln ash in a good and man her a school hoube of eight rooms to be erected on the south side of street between washington avenue ani adams avenue in said ogdan city said labor and materials are to bo furnished grenable gre cable to and in conformity with tho plans and specifications tor uch work by said doard and subject to inspection at the office ot the said clerk and at the office of J A smith architect room in the aforesaid eccles building sau board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals each bidder must accompany nl proposal with a check for not less than five per cent of the amount of Us bid payable to the order of the said board ot education and the check of the bidder whose proposal la accepted shall be forfeited to said board in case he talla or refuses to enter into the necessary contract and furnish the required bond by order of the board of education of ogden acty THOMAS U DUE president attest E S 11 |
