| Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY TAX notice Is hereby given that a special tax for the purpose of building concrete sidewalks in a part of sidewalk district no 3 on street between wall and adams avenues has been levied by the city council and approved june 14 1904 said tax Is levied upon the following real property in ogden city to alt all of lots C and 7 block 17 lots 6 and 7 block 19 lots 6 7 8 9 and 10 block 20 lots 1 and 2 block 23 lots 1 2 3 4 and 5 block 24 lota I 1 and 2 block 25 lots 1 2 3 4 and S block 26 plat A of ogden city survey to a depth of 25 feet back from said street Is payable in 4 installments and will become delinquent lin quent as follows said ast 1st installment of 30 per cent august 3 1904 said and 2nd installment 0 SO per cent october 12 1904 said ard 3rd installment of 30 per cent december 11 1904 said ath installment of 10 per cent june 14 each of said installments except the first shall draw interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum from the date of the levy aforesaid and if any or either of said installments shall be unpaid when they become delinquent interest thereon shall be 10 per cent per annum until said delinquent assessments sess ments are fully paid said tax shall be enforced and collected as in other cases of special taxes and it not paid the property on which said levy is made will be advertised and sold according to law all special taxes are payable at my office 2600 washington avenue ogden utah JAMES E HALVERSON city treasurer and collector of special taxes |
