The patent on the shotgun was taken tak-en out by Mr. Pedereon and a former husband of Mrs. StuarL, Mr. Bennett, deceased, but since the dvith of Mr Bennett, Mj. Pederson has reeoived tho royalties paid by the manufacturers manufactur-ers without making an accounting to Mrs. Bennett Stuart. She commenced an action in the district court for an accounting and her share of the royalties, and a verdict was give in her favor.
