Show WHAT THE SALT LAKE TELEGRAM SAYS ABOUT HENRIETTA CROSMAN "The play la written wlih French Ideas of unity T the action is In one place, and in one day, aud with only one complication to be worked out in the plot "It Is also somewhat on the French model in that Its lines are full of clever turns of thought and plays upon words. Rut despite the nature of the plot, It Is at all times fiee from the French habit of suggestion sugges-tion and double meaning. It would bo difficult to find a cleaner or a more sparkling comedy. Withal, It suits Miss Crossman's capabilities and stylo of action to a nicety. She has many clever stunts to perform, and she does them all well. She dances the "Merry Widow" waltz In the New England parlor and dresses up as a gypsy and look! charming in both roles. Then, too. she has to act In such a manner thai it must stem natural for Morris to be Impressed by her tragic manner, and really to swallow her fulsome flattery, while at the same time the audience must know all the time that she can hardly choke down her laugh-, ter at his foolishness, and his self centered egotism, and It Is not an eas thing to do that and still make it possible for Morris to appear any- I thine else than an Idiot P.ut Miss Crossinan has douo It. which Is somewhat some-what of a tribute to her genius."
