Democratic members of the Balllnger-Pinchot congressional con-gressional investigating committee, which held an executive session to. day, were still Insistent that some action ac-tion be taken authorizing the publication pub-lication of the findings of the committee com-mittee as soon as they can be formulated formu-lated Whether the matter would be disposed dis-posed of this morning was not certain, cer-tain, although the Democrats were all agreed upon the plan of forcing, as soon as practicable, announcement of the decision of the majority and the minority respecting the controversy. Repiesentalive Graham of Illinois and Ollle M. James of Kentucky were looked upon to argue for their plan, should the matter bo taken up today. Prior to the session one of the Democratic Dem-ocratic representatives said: "We are disposed to be reasonable, hut what wp want Is some action on the report. There is no good reason for holding back the findings." |
