Show oo JURY'S VERDICT WAS NO CAUSEJF ACTION After five hours deliberation a Jury iti Judge Greenwood's division of the district court returned a verdict of uo cause for action In the case of Ezra J. Wardle against Ralph L'. lloag. As Judge Greenwood was obliged to leave the city the verdict of the Jury was delivered to Judge Howell. The case ws the result of au accident acci-dent to Wardle when a horse he waj driving became frightened at lloag's auto and ran away, throwing tho young young man from a hay rake. In his testimony the auto owner stat-d that he used every" precaution In pies-Ing pies-Ing Wardle on the road, and after be bad driven bis machine slowly for a considerable distance. |
