Cain for $200. and the horse ran In tho Interest of his new owner For interfering with On Parole during dur-ing the running of the fourth race, Jockey Rosen, who was upon Metropolitan, Metro-politan, was fined 525 by the judges. Jockey S. Martin was cautioned bv the Judges for bumping Lady Adelaide Ade-laide In the opening race, while he wa9 riding Roy Shumway, and notified noti-fied that a repetition of tho offense would result In his suspension. Jockey Leo Gauged was notified that he will be permitted to ride again, but only the horses of the Ontario Oregon stable. Jockey Pickens, after tho fourth race, claimed a foul against Metropolitan, Metropol-itan, but It was not allowed. |
