Show ELECTION TO GO INTO COURT Chairman William Browning of the county Democratic central committee states that a thorough investigation ps to illegal voting In the city on lection day Is to be made and that the election of George J. Kelly to the it'ite senate will be contested. Mr Browning says that the man-rer man-rer of conducting tho election In the Seventh district, insofar as some of the Republican workers at tho polls of that district nre concerned, will Involve In-volve both county and city officials, together with eomo of tho candidates on the Republican ticket. 11 is also said by the Democratic chairman that a number of discrepancies discrep-ancies have been discovered In other districts of the city and that will considerably con-siderably reduce Mr. Kelly's majority. The Democrats claim that there are a number of Instances where the ?rmefcr of names from erne list to an-olher an-olher was Irregular and will invalld-nt" invalld-nt" the votes cast. The manner of procedure in the Seventh district Investigation is being be-ing considered this afternoon. |
