Moseley, secretary of the Interstate commerce commission, to reserve the court room lu the federal building for the use of the commission Sept. 23, at 10 a. m. The commission will hold a session at 0rdcn Sept. 24. The purpose of the session Is said to be to enable the commission o review re-view the tables of the actual earnings of local railroads for a stated period of the present year, (oethcr with tables ta-bles showing what the earnings of the railroads would have be-n under the rates proposed by the Salt Lake Cora-mercial Cora-mercial club traffic hureau.
