All that he asks in return for Uio gift Is that the tenant hang tho picture pic-ture on the wall of the home and tell those who see It. the name of the firm making it. By this time the woman, who, as a rule he always selects for tho swindle, Is more than willing to buy any i frame ho may show. In case tho order or-der for tho frame Is not forthcoming he departs but never returns the orlg- inal picture. He leaves no address, giving the excuse that his firm has not as jot established permanent quarters quar-ters in this city.
