Pittsburg, Jan. 14 The trial or of Banker Binehart, which has long been awaited by the hundreds of depositors de-positors who lost money through his alleged misrepresentations Is now under un-der way and nearly 200 witnesses have been subpoenaed In the case. The Farmers' and Drovers' National Na-tional bank failed two years ago tor nbout $1,500,000, Mr. Binehart was cashier and later vice-president of the Institution. In the trial which is now under way, -Binehart is the" most op- timistic and cheerful person in court He always smiles at everything in a ; confident way which is very hard to analyze. He feels perfectly contident he will be vindicated ot the indictments indict-ments brought against him and says omillngly: "I will never go to prison." i False notes and false entries constitute con-stitute the bulk of the charges against Blnehait.
