Show GOVERNOR SPRY SIGNS FISH AND CAME BILL Trout and Bass Season Closed; Quail and Dove Bags Are Increased. Governor Spry signed the fish and game bill Wednesday afternoon, which took effect immediately upon his signature. sig-nature. Trout and bass fishing, which has for the past two years been open until April 1, is now closed, and no spring fishing will be allowed until June 15, tho season to close December 31. All fishing and hunting licenses must be renewed, and the game wardens will get busy enforcing the law along these lines. The bill provides for a bag limit of twenty-five ducks, no more than live geese, the shooting to open October 1 and continue to December 31. The dove limit has been extended to twenty-five birds and the season opens August 1& and closes in November, as all doves leave this part of the country on tho first cold day.
