Show 'SESSION WILL BE LONGER Unanimous Consent Given in Hous to Expedite Ex-pedite Passage of Bill Washington, March 27. In order to expedite the passage of the bill in the house, unanimous consent today was given that the sessions hereatter should begin at 10 o'clock1 instead or 11 o'clock; that the recess should Da taken at 6 o'clock, and that, resuming resum-ing at 8 o'clock, tho sessions should continue until 10:30 p. m. each day. The request for unanimous consent was made by Mr. Payne, who sail forty or fifty members already had Indicated their desire to this end.
