Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice is hereby grven by tho City Council of Ogden City, Utah, of tho Intention of such council to raako tho following Improvements, to-wit: To create all of 21th Street from Grant Avenue to Wall Avenue; all ot Wall Avenue from 23rd to 21th Streets and all of Lincoln Avenue Trom 24th to 25th Streets, as a paving district, and to grade, pave and curb and gutter gut-ter therein in tho manner following, to-wit: On 21th Street from Grant Ave. to Wall Avenue and on Lincoln Avenue from 21th Street to 25th Street, pavo with 2 1-2 Incncs of asphaltum on a tt-inch tt-inch concrete base, and on Wall Avenue Ave-nue from 23rd to 24th Strcots build a concrete curb and glitter with curb 6 Inches thick and Uftee-u inches deep and gutter 6 inches thick and IS inches wlde.and pave with 2 1-2 inches of asphaltum on a 6-inch concrete baso, and to defray tho costs and expenses ex-penses of the same, estimated at Forty-Two Thousand (542,000.00) Doi- lars, by a local assessment for a depth of 50 feet upon the lots and blocks, parts of lots and blocks, lands and real estate within said district abutting and bounding upon the outer boundary jlnes of said streets. The boundaries of tho district to be benefited or aflcct-ed are lines drawn 50 feet outward from and parallel to the outer boundary lines of said streets for the whole length thercol from Grant to Wall Avenues on 24tn Street, and 24th to 25th Streets on Lincoln Avenue and from 23rd to 24tn Streets on Wall Avenue.
