NAVY IS BUILDING LARGE DIRIGIBLE PHILADELPHIA. July V, A monster mon-ster dirigible, the ZR-1, is being built In the aircraft factory of the Philadelphia Phila-delphia navy yard. It Is to bo fully as big ns that ill-fated leviathan of the air, the ZR--, which collapsed and fell flaming Into tho Hull river In England Eng-land last summer bringing a terrible death to more than a score of its orew As fast as the part9 are completed com-pleted here they are sont to the hangar han-gar at Iikehurst, N. J., which will be the home port of th giant airship. It is expected that by next April tho ZR-1 will be ready for Its first flight. This dirigible will be the first of the Zeppelin type to have been built In this country.
