Brown, partners, of Ogden, for failure to report Injuries In-juries sustained by John Ora.wford September 30, 1 921, within the specified speci-fied time of the accident, by the state Industrial commission, according to information which camo from Salt Lake last night. Mr. Wilson said ho had not yet received re-ceived tho formal roquest, but he expected ex-pected it tomorrow in the mall. Crawford was taken to a holtal, and has not yet recovered. Tho accident was roported to the commission December De-cember 21, lonff after the report was due. The partners and their insurance insur-ance carrier are ordered to pay compensation com-pensation at the legal rate, and also ihospltal and medical fees.
