The party will leave for Geneva tomorrow. Mrs. Daniels has gone to The Hague to visit her brother, Lieutenant Com-mander Com-mander David W. "American women are hoping very ,H much," Mrs. Catt said today, "to hear before June G, that the thirty-sixth state shall have ratified the suffrage mMM amendment so that we will not have the humiliation of representing the women of an unenfranchised nation.
