Show Judge Agee -Restores Amicable Relations; Grandparents Get One Child; Aunt the Other Judge A. W. Agee of the. district court carried out the role of mediator successfully yesterday afternoon when he restored amicable relations between two families who have not been on friendly terms for months. The decision deci-sion of the adoption of Parley A. Butler, 11, and Elma Butler, 4, was also settled by Judge Agee in the court, when he allowed the older child to choose his future parents. The lad chose George H. Butler, his grandfather, grand-father, when in a private conference with Judge Agee in the Judge's chambers, cham-bers, and at the same time told the I judge that ho 'did It "so ho could be down on the farm." William A. Koldowyn and Emma Koldewyn were awarded the adoption of Elina without contest from Mr. Butler after the boy had selected his grandfather. The parents of the children both died during the influenza epidemic In 19 IS. Mrs. Koldewyn, the children's aunt immediately filed petition to adopt them, but this was contested by the grandparents.
