Window Signs Shov R. R. Office Location Up town offices for the Union Pa- j cific system, the Oregon Short Line i Railroad. Oregon Washington Railroad and Navigation company and the St. Josoph and Grand Island Railway have been opened on the second floor of the Eccles building. The window j signs of the offices are in colors and attract the attention of the passersby. I W. H. Chovcrs, a veteran railroad man, Is In charge of tho office and Is known as the commercial agent. Tho up-town office was opened according ac-cording to Mr. Chevers, in order that business men and citizens may obtain first hand information on rates of freight and passenger service on tho various lines. Offices of a similar nature na-ture are operated throughout tho country. oo
