Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notlco 13 hereby given by tho Board of Commissioners of Ogdcn City, Utah, of tho Intention of said Board of Commissioners Commis-sioners to mako tho following described Improvement, to-wlt: To lay out. establish estab-lish and open a public street to bo named Plcclcs Avenuo through Block thirty-four (31). Plat "C." Ogden Clt Survey, said 3trcct to bo sixty (60) feet In width and described as follows: Part of Lots 1 to 10 both Inclusive. Block 34, Plat "C." Ogdon Og-don City Survey. Boglnnlng at tho Southwest South-west corner of Lot 1 In said Block 34. Plat "C." Ogden City Survey and running run-ning thenco East 27,00 feet: thence North 6G3.3G feet; tnenco West 60 feet: 'thenco South CC3.3G foot; thenco East 33.00 feet to the placo of beginning. And to defray tho whole of the cost and expense of the nlvittor's portion thereof by a lovy of a special tax to he assessed upon tho blocks, lotv. lands and real estate within tho following fol-lowing described district, bolng tho dls. trlct to bo affected or benefited bv mich Improvement, namely: All tho land lylnn between the outer boundary ilnes of aaid Ecclc3 Aven'ic when opened as proposed and a lino drawn fifty feet outward from and parallel to snid outer boundary Mnes for the whole dlslunce between Twenty-third Twenty-third and Twenty-fourth streets, being part of Lots 1 to 10 both Incluslvo Block 34, Plat "C." all in Ogden City Survey. The total cost of said improvement Is estimated at ?3.110.00. All protests or objections to such Improvement Im-provement or to tho carrying out of such intention must bo presented in writing signed by tho owners of abutting property describing tho same, together with tho number of abutting front feet and bo filed with the City Recorder on or boforo the 25th day of May, 1920. The Board of Commissioners at Its first regular meeting thereafter, to-wlt: tho 26th day of May, 1920, will consider tho propo3od lovv and hear and consider such protests and objections to said improvement improve-ment as shall havo boon made.
