Show Siohl Again on the Witness Stand SALT LAKE, April 11. Trial before be-fore Judge W. H. Bramel of the Third t district court of the suit brought by the West Cache Sugar company againsH J. A. Ifendrickson and Lorenzo Lor-enzo N Stohl progressed yesterday to conclusion of taking Mr. Stohl'. testimony tes-timony and several other witnesses for K the defendants were called and ex-w ex-w amined. Xaisbitt. son-in-law of Mr. Hendrickson, and Abraham Jorgen-een, Jorgen-een, previously called by the plaintiff, plain-tiff, were recalled as witnesses for Lhe defendants. Both denied hearing Mr. Hendrickson admil in the stock holders' meeting of June 1, 191$. at Logan, in answer to questions asked K by Ernest R. Woollev, president of :he company, that the contract for purchase of the Knight factory had been negotiated for and on behalf ot he West Cache Sugar company. Rufus Vasco Call and Joseph M. Stohl, brother of Mr. Stohl. the de fendant, were called to testify with jjj purpose of impeachment of Joseph F. I Featherstone, the first witness called B by the plaintiff.
