Show ; Suggest Solution of Parking ' Problem; Would Revise Some Rules Suggestions seeking to aid the city commission In the solution of Ogden's automobile parking problem which Is growing more complex each day with arrival of good weather, were compiled com-piled at a meeting of the Ogden Automobile Auto-mobile Dealers' association held in the Weber club yesterday. The suggestions sugges-tions were adopted after much discussion dis-cussion and thoy will be presented immediately to J. Ray Ward commissioner commis-sioner of public safety, according to N. C. Thoy ask that the system be reversed and that machinse going north and south I be granted the right of way over cars moving east and west. I They call attention to the fact that traffic is much heavier moving north land south and that tourists all travel in this diection in coming through the city. With the new system, they feel that traffic will be much less interrupted inter-rupted and tourists, who do not understand under-stand the present system will not be inconvlenced or exposed to accident. C. H. Carman presided at the meeting meet-ing at which tho plans were formulated formu-lated and adopted. Ogden dealers received an invitation I to attend the Twin Falls, Ida., auto mobile show which Is to be hold in that city May 10 to 15. The Invitation which waa read during tho meeting , asks that Ogden be well represented during the Idaho show. ' oo |
