Agee in the district court this morning th6 Injunction sought by the board of medical examiners for the I state of Utah against A. V. Blair, C D. j Johnson, I. J. McKell and Ross S. Mc- iCune, chiropractors of the city, was granted. In the decision the court said that the acts of the legislature was not a subject for review by the court whether the court may agree with the legislature or not. The court held the law was not discriminatory dis-criminatory In that it does permit heal-1 ling by spiritual means. The court said it was not the duty of the court j I to pass on the wisdom or the act. but declared it was the duty to Interpret j the law as it was round. The regulation regula-tion of the practice of medicine, the court said, was universally recognized as proper police powers " invested in I he legislature, so Tar as it tended to I protect the public health and saTetv. It is said the defendants will im'mc-diaiely im'mc-diaiely perfect an appeal to the supreme su-preme court.
