Christie, of the VoIun- tcers of America, pleaded guilty to a j charge of petit larceny in city court this morning He will be sentenced tomorrow morning. He is at present ' serving a jail sentence for passing a j worthless check on the Marion hotel, i Tho complaint states that he stole the' watch of D. W. Monk, while the iat- 1 ter was staying in the same room with him. The watch was found on Christie when he was- arrested at Logan and was returned to its owner at the police po-lice station this morning.
