OCR Text	Show I WELCOME THE BELGIANS. Coast cities are making preparations to welcome the king and queen of Belgium, who are expected to arrive in San Francisco on October Oc-tober 14. The royal family may be expected to pass through Ogden on next mi Wednesday and arrangements should be made to give them a greeting greet-ing in this city, if nothing more than resolutions of our civic bodies to be presented by a large committee at the train on its arrival. King Albert and his wife went through all the horrors of the Belgium Bel-gium invasion and the king remained with his little army in mud of Flanders up to the end of the awful struggle. There is no more heroic royal couple than King Albert and Queen Elizabeth and they deserve a tribute to their self-sacrifice.
