American marit.es landed from a torpedo boat destroyer to compel the Italians to evacuntf Trau, Dalmatla, according to a dispatch dis-patch received here from Spolato, a short distance east of Trau The dispatch adds that the ItaJMnB left after the inhabitants fired on them and that Jugo-Slav troops took t r the town from the Americans. The Italian commander and three men in an armored car fell Info the hands of the Slavs. In the meanunie I 1200 American marines, with machine guns, landed and took over the armor-ed armor-ed ear and the prisoners, who subse-quently subse-quently were transferred to an Italian ship.
