Show Bluhilf picnic cheese! II A Large Factory Coming H i to Ogden A-new corporation is now being organized in Ogden, known as the Universal Auto Rim & Manufacturing Co. Its purpose is to carry on the business of manufacturing, and equiping automobiles and motor vehicles with demountable , wheel-rims, the buying and selling of automobiles and motor-" motor-" vehicles; their accessories, parts, and supplies; the buying and selling of oils, greases, and lubricants for vehicles and machinery i of all kinds; the owning and holding of all such property, real or personal, as may be necessary or useful in the transaction of its business. i The making, repairing and dealing in and about automo biles and automobile accessories of whatsoever kind or nature. i But the main object of the incorporation is to manufacture and sell direct or through agencies a new device for holding rims to automobile wheels, which is a great improvement over the old styles. The inventor, Mr. E. V. Straight, who is an Ogden man, claims for this device that it is more secure, more convenient better in appearance and that it cannot creep, squeak, or get ij out of alignment. The corporation now organizing, will be managed by Og-i Og-i derubusiness men. We predict a great financial future for this company, as in the past any accessory to the automobile that has had any merit has proved a wonderful financial success.
