Show FUNERAL SERVICES FOR THDS. W. HORN I The funeral service of Thomas W. Horn was held yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock in the First Presbyterian church. The funeral was attended by a large number of friends of the dc ceased, including many business men and others among his wide acquaintance. acquaint-ance. The sermon was delivered by Rev. John E. Carver and the music, two solos, were furnished by Gus Saunders. Interment was In Mount ian View cemetery. Mr. Horn died lait Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock, from the effects of a blast in a mine near the Promontory Point district. He was working in i the mine, nearly 200 feet below the I surface, wih his son. and was Injured when a premature blast was exploded. The accident happened at 12 o'clock noon Saturday and Mr. Horn died at 4 I p. m. , |
